Safe, practical and stylish: our beverage packaging
The range of drinks on offer today is more diverse than ever. It includes both everyday essentials and luxury items, and also features a growing proportion of lifestyle products. Consequently, the industry’s demands on its packaging are correspondingly high. Product protection is merely the absolute minimum that good beverage packaging must meet.
Above all, packaging must do one thing: attract the attention of the target audience and make a positive impression. The packaging solutions from packaging warehouse have everything it takes: they offer protection, are visually and tactilely appealing, and also provide plenty of space for creative designs and product information.
Reliable protection for bottles, cans and more
Primary packaging plays a particularly important role when it comes to drinks. Without it, the liquid contents could not be transported or sold in the first place. Furthermore, it often remains in use until the very last drop has been consumed. Beverage containers thus form a very close unit with their contents. This is why customers generally perceive defects in bottles or cans as a flaw in the contents. Primary packaging therefore represents an important extension of product protection, because:
- Hard knocks can cause the containers to break;
- Dust and dirt on drink containers look unhygienic;
- UV radiation may, in some circumstances, reduce the quality of the drink;
- Moisture and dampness cause labels to soften and come away.
Information & Marketing
Beverage packaging is more than just a protective shell for products; it also serves as a source of information and a brand ambassador. For instance, it provides consumers with important information and labelling – such as the list of ingredients, warnings and the use-by date.
On the other hand, they also provide space for promotional messaging, whether through catchy slogans, easily recognisable logos or a brief summary of the company’s history. In this way, packaging and labels play a significant role in shaping customers’ perception of the company.
How you choose to present your brand is, of course, entirely up to you. Here at Packaging Warehouse, we use state-of-the-art printing technology to ensure your design is brought to life perfectly.
Design & Presentation
Customers usually decide within seconds whether or not to consider buying a drink. It is primarily visual cues that shape that first impression – above all, colours, shapes and designs.
If the first glance looks promising, the next step is to pick up the item. This creates a tactile impression that can further influence the decision to buy.
To ensure your beverage packaging appeals to all the senses, we offer a wide range of design options for you to choose from.

Our range of beverage packaging
In our range, you’ll find the perfect packaging solution for your drinks. It doesn’t matter whether you’re looking for stylish outer packaging, a sturdy shipping box or a customisable drink label.
It’s entirely up to you what the final beverage packaging should look like. Our online configurator offers a wealth of options for tailoring your packaging precisely to your needs and requirements. Here are a few suggestions from our product range:
Folding boxes
The drinks market is highly competitive. This makes it all the more important to stand out from the competition. For producers of premium spirits and wines in particular, outer packaging such as folding cartons is a popular way of emphasising the exclusivity of their products.
Folding boxes offer further advantages that make them the perfect packaging for bottles, for example in marketing campaigns. Large boxes, for instance, provide enough extra space for promotional gifts such as glasses, shakers or coasters. Cleverly positioned behind a display window, these are guaranteed to catch customers’ eyes.
Our corrugated cardboard folding boxes are particularly well suited to heavy items such as glass bottles, especially those with
Membrane cans
You don’t need sharp edges to stand out: our cardboard tins are bottle packaging with a particularly sophisticated look. Their curved shape looks extremely elegant, stands in stark contrast to the box format, and also evokes the typical shape of a bottle.
As well as looking stylish, they also provide reliable protection for your product. The double-layered cardboard wrapping from which the cans are made forms a shock-resistant and robust casing. Two snap-on lids made of single-component plastic serve as closures. A permanently adhesive glue ring on the base ensures that even heavy bottles have a stable base. This prevents slipping. This makes our cardboard cans reliable and particularly robust bottle packaging. Simple
cardboard cans are perfectly adequate as secondary packaging for beverages. A can with a membrane is not necessary.
Counter displays
Counter displays offer a number of benefits. Firstly, as outer packaging, they provide space for cans, bags and bottles in larger quantities – making transport, storage and stocking the shelves particularly easy.
What’s more, they are unbeatable marketing tools when it comes to catching customers’ attention at the point of sale. This is because the lids of the displays can be stood upright once opened, providing a highly visible advertising space – perfect for eye-catching designs and powerful messages.
Our counter displays are available in two versions:
Shipping boxes
Online sales of drinks are seeing significant growth – not just in spirits, but also in wine, beer and soft drinks. However, shipping is particularly risky when it comes to liquid goods. After all, even minor damage to a bottle or can is enough to wipe out the profit.
Our
shipping boxes made from corrugated cardboard provide the necessary protection. The glued-together flutes inside the box act as a cushion, effectively absorbing shocks, whilst also giving the packaging a high degree of stability. Depending on the material chosen, these boxes can therefore withstand loads of up to 32 kilograms.
Our range includes three versions:
Labels
The primary function of
labels is to protect consumers – more specifically, to provide them with all the essential product information. In addition to secondary and primary packaging, labels are also one of the key design elements.
Our online configurator therefore offers you a wide range of options for designing labels exactly as you wish. You have complete freedom when it comes to size and shape, as well as material, printing and finishing.
You can find further details and information about our available label designs and customisation options on our product page for roll labels.
Sustainable packaging
At packaging warehouse, sustainability isn’t just an empty phrase. To show you that we mean business, every order you place with us automatically supports a social project, such as initiatives for animals on German farms or the reforestation of local woodlands.
What’s more, we also give you the opportunity to package your products in an environmentally friendly way. For example, our range includes paper and cardboard sourced from sustainably managed forests. And depending on the material you choose, your packaging can even be up to 100% recyclable.
