What are carton sizes by shipping company?

Until the end of 1997, Deutsche Post had a complete shipping monopoly. Every letter, every small package, every parcel could only be transported via this state-owned shipping company. By January 1, 2008, this monopoly was fundamentally reformed, and the entire postal market here was liberalized. Anyone who has something to send today can therefore choose completely freely from a large number of mail order companies operating in this country. The most important providers for the mail order business are:

Cartons by shipping provider FAQ: Our answers to your most important questions

Question 1: Why do shipping companies only release their prices for business customers upon request?

The main reason for this is that every business customer has different demands. For example, a small store that only ships things occasionally is a less demanding and profitable customer for a shipping company than a large e-commerce company that sometimes orders hundreds of packages every day. The shipping companies calculate individually on the basis of such a shipping volume and can therefore hardly quote blanket prices. However, the private customer prices are a useful orientation possibility.

Question 2: Do the free formats at packaging warehouse also apply to boxes by shipping company?

Yes, because the shipping companies only specify maximum dimensions for their different classes. As long as your box is within the dimensional range of a particular package class without slipping into the next smaller or larger class, you are completely free to determine the dimensions of your shipping package.
 
Question 3: Can I post boxes that I ordered from packaging warehouse specifically for cooperation with a shipping company with another shipping company?
